    The principle of the hydraulic power unit controlled by the DC double-acting solenoid valve is to use the control signal of the solenoid valve to control the work of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic power unit is composed of hydraulic pump, electric motor, oil tank, solenoid valve and hydraulic actuator.

    When the solenoid valve is energized, the electromagnet generates a magnetic field, which makes the valve core attracted, the sealing ring on the valve core is separated from the valve seat, and the hydraulic oil is pumped into the hydraulic system from the oil tank through the hydraulic pump. After the hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic system, it drives the working load to move through a hydraulic actuator (such as a hydraulic cylinder).

    When the solenoid valve is de-energized, the magnetic field of the electromagnet disappears, the valve core returns to its original position due to the action of the spring, the sealing ring and the valve seat contact again, the hydraulic oil cannot enter the hydraulic system through the solenoid valve, and the hydraulic actuator stops working.

    By controlling the on-off of the solenoid valve, the forward and reverse rotation, stop and other operations of the hydraulic system can be realized, thereby controlling the work of the hydraulic power unit.
