    The principle of the  DC48V2 group Dc Double-Acting Hydraulic Power Pump is as follows:
    1、Power supply: The Dc Double-Acting Hydraulic Power Station requires a DC 48V power supply. It is connected to the hydraulic power unit through a power supply to provide it with the required electrical energy.
    2、Double-acting working mode: The double-acting power unit contains two working chambers, respectively called A chamber and B chamber. A hydraulic cylinder is connected to each cavity, which is used to push or pull the actuator.
    3、Solenoid valve control: The two solenoid valves in the power unit are used to control the hydraulic flow direction and working state. One solenoid valve controls the inlet and outlet of cavity A, and the other solenoid valve controls the inlet and outlet of cavity B.
    4、Working process: When the solenoid valve of the cavity is opened, the hydraulic oil enters the cavity and pushes the hydraulic cylinder to make the actuator work; at the same time, the solenoid valve of the B cavity is closed to prevent the inflow and outflow of hydraulic oil. When the reverse work is required, the solenoid valve of cavity A is closed and the solenoid valve of cavity B is opened, so that the hydraulic oil enters cavity B and pulls the hydraulic cylinder to make the actuator move in reverse.
    5、Control signal: In order to control the switching state of the solenoid valve, it is necessary to operate through the control signal. A PLC (programmable logic controller) or other controller is usually used to send a voltage or current signal to control the switching of the solenoid valve
