The working principle of the hydraulic power unit is as follows:
1. Hydraulic pump: The hydraulic pump provides power through a driving device (like a motor), inhales the liquid from the oil storage tank, and transmits it to the hydraulic motor or other hydraulic actuators through a high-pressure pipeline.
2. Hydraulic motor: The hydraulic motor receives the liquid transported by the hydraulic pump and converts it into mechanical energy. After the liquid enters the hydraulic motor, it drives the piston or gear movement inside the motor, resulting in rotary power or linear thrust.
3. Oil storage tank: The oil storage tank is used to store the liquid in the hydraulic system and provide the supply of liquid inhaled by the hydraulic pump. The oil storage tank also plays the role of cooling liquid, filtering impurities and replenishing liquid.
During the working process of the hydraulic power unit, the hydraulic pump continuously inhales the liquid from the oil storage tank and transmits it to the hydraulic motor through the high-pressure pipeline. The hydraulic motor converts the liquid into mechanical energy to complete the required work tasks. After the work is completed, the liquid is returned to the oil storage tank again for recycling.
