2, wait for the engine to idle for 1-2 minutes, the flow lever to the ON position, start to work.

3, after the end, first turn the flow lever to the OFF position, and then idle for 1-2 minutes after the engine off.

Note: If the flow lever is not turned OFF and the engine is turned off directly, it will be difficult for the hydraulic tubing to access the power station during the next work. The solution is to remove the quick flat joint of the hydraulic tubing with a wrench, discharge a part of the hydraulic oil, and then reinstall the quick joint to access the power station.

Three, maintenance

1, after each use, clean the hydraulic tools. The hydraulic head must be cleaned, otherwise it is easy to leak the hydraulic oil.

2, every time you use the power station, check the oil first to ensure that the oil is in a reasonable position, after 100 hours of work, replace the oil filter and oil.

3, check the air filter every week, after 150-200 hours of use, replace the air filter and air filter sponge.

4. Every time you use the power station, check the hydraulic oil through the hydraulic tank window. If the hydraulic oil is lower than the original level, please check whether the power station or hydraulic tools have hydraulic oil leakage, focus on the hydraulic tubing joints, tighten the flat quick joints, and then add hydraulic oil.
