12V/24V/48V electric stacker hydraulic system is a hydraulic system for electric stacker, which can be selected according to different power supply voltages. The hydraulic system is mainly composed of hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic valve and so on.

In the hydraulic system of 12V electric stacker, the power supply voltage is 12V, and the hydraulic pump is driven by the motor to convert the liquid pressure into mechanical energy and provide power to the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic valve controls the flow direction and pressure of the hydraulic oil to realize the lifting and tilting functions of the stacker.

In the 24V electric stacker hydraulic system, the power supply voltage is 24V, and the working principle of the hydraulic pump and hydraulic valve is the same as that of the 12V system, but due to the increase in the power supply voltage, the power and performance of the system will be improved.

In the 48V electric stacker hydraulic system, the power supply voltage is 48V, and the 48V system has higher power and performance than the 12V and 24V systems. Hydraulic pumps and valves work in a similar way to the first two systems, but are able to provide greater hydraulic pressure and speed for larger loads and more demanding stacker operations.
