The solution of high oil temperature in hydraulic power station

Hydraulic oil is the working medium of the hydraulic transmission system, generally working in the range of 35-60℃ is more suitable, in the hydraulic system is working, pressure loss, solvent loss and mechanical loss will be converted into heat energy and make the oil temperature rise, the change of oil temperature will cause the viscosity change of the oil, resulting in the mechanical system movement speed instability.
 
 
 
The system oil temperature is too high, and the equipment will fail. Therefore, while monitoring the normal temperature rise of the hydraulic system, it should be able to find the abnormal temperature rise of the hydraulic system in time, find the cause and eliminate the fault in time.
 
1. Set the pressure too high and adjust the pressure appropriately.
 
2. The components of the relief valve, unloading valve, pressure relay and other unloading circuits are not working properly, and the abnormal working conditions of each component are corrected.
 
3. The element setting value of the unloading loop is not appropriate, and the pressure relief period is re-adjusted to extend the pressure relief time.
 
4. The valve leakage is large, the unloading time is short, and the valve with large leakage is repaired, and the large-size valve is not considered.
 
5. When the high pressure is small flow and the low pressure is large flow, do not change the circuit by the relief valve, and use the unloading valve and variable pump.
 
6. Due to low viscosity or pump failure, the internal leakage of the pump is increased, and the temperature of the pump shell is increased. Oil change, repair and replace the hydraulic pump.
 
7. The amount of oil in the tank is insufficient to refuel, increase the tank.
 
8. Unreasonable Fuel Tank structure Improve the structure to make the temperature around the fuel tank rise evenly.
 
9. The accumulator capacity is insufficient or faulty, change the accumulator, repair the accumulator.
 
10. The remote control port of the relief valve is excessive, and the residual pressure of unloading is high. Adjust it appropriately.
 
11. Pipe resistance is large, use the appropriate pipe diameter.
 
12. The influence of nearby heat source, radiation heat is large, the use of insulation material reflection panel or change the layout; Set up ventilation, cooling devices, etc., select the appropriate working fluid.
