When the hydraulic system is used for the first time, some necessary initialization operations are required. This article will tell you the steps of using the hydraulic system for the first time, you can refer to this article when operating other hydraulic systems, the general steps are the same. However, different hydraulic systems in the details of the solenoid valve, pressure value operation part may have some differences, please refer to Ha as appropriate.
An injection of hydraulic oil
First open the cover of the empty filter, and the filter truck will inject the original hydraulic oil into the tank until the higher level is observed by the level gauge. After the oil is in place, cover the upper filter.
Xiaobian reminds everyone that it is necessary to pay attention to that: if conditions permit, it is best to use an oil filler to inject hydraulic oil into the hydraulic system, and oil drums must not be used to directly inject oil to prevent impurities from entering the tank.
Two-power starting
The stop valve and relief valve should be opened before starting the equipment. Method: Rotate the inner six squares counterclockwise;
Check the motor rotation direction: Start the motor and check whether the motor rotation direction is clockwise. Note: The rotation direction of the motor must be clockwise.
Three pressure setting
Start the main motor of the hydraulic system, rotate the stop valve slowly in the clockwise direction until the stop valve is completely closed. If the pressure exceeds 160bar before closing the stop valve, adjust the relief valve counterclockwise and let the pressure drop first. After closing the stop valve, turn the relief valve to adjust the system pressure. Stop turning the relief valve when it reaches 160bar.
Quadruple exhaust
Open and close the solenoid valve several times to exhaust until no gas is discharged from the brake.
Five check the hydraulic oil
After the full operation of all functions of the hydraulic system, check whether the amount of oil in the tank is reduced (if there is a reduction, increase the measure back to 3/4) and whether there is leakage at all connections. If found immediately solve.
Six pressure reset
1. System pressure:
When the pressure of the hydraulic system is less than the set value (160bar), the pressure of the system can be adjusted by turning the relief valve clockwise; When the pressure of the hydraulic system is greater than the set value, first turn the stop valve counter-clockwise to reduce the pressure of the hydraulic system, then turn the relief valve counter-clockwise, and then turn the stop valve clockwise to close, and then turn the relief valve clockwise to increase the pressure to the set value.
2. Yaw damping brake pressure:
When the yaw damping brake pressure needs to be modified, the output yaw damping brake pressure can be adjusted higher by turning the back pressure valve clockwise and lowered counter-clockwise. The pressure value is detected by the pressure measuring device (auxiliary) at the detection port (the reversing valve must be in the power state during the detection).
Note: Please refer to (hydraulic system components factory setting) for the pressure setting of the oil station. Due to the influence of temperature and oil quality, the pressure will change, so it can be partially fine-tuned. Can also be adjusted according to user needs in the adjustable range, if the user has special requirements for another processing.
3, spindle output pressure:
By adjusting the reducing valve to adjust the output pressure of the spindle, clockwise up, counter-clockwise down. The pressure value is detected by the pressure measuring device (auxiliary) at the detection port (the reversing valve is simultaneously powered).

1. Manual pump operation: Use manual pump 25 to pressurize the accumulator 13.
