Problems encountered in the use of hydraulic station system and solutions

There are many ways to diagnose common problems in hydraulic systems.

Hydraulic equipment is composed of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and other devices, so the problems are also diverse.

A certain fault phenomenon may be caused by many factors, so the analysis of hydraulic failure must be able to understand the hydraulic system schematic diagram, the role of each component in the schematic diagram has a general understanding, and then according to the fault phenomenon analysis, judgment, for many factors caused by the fault causes need to be analyzed one by one, seize the main contradiction, in order to better solve and eliminate.

2) Look at the actual working conditions of the hydraulic system, and observe whether there are problems with system pressure, speed, oil, leakage, vibration, etc.

3) Listen to the sound of the hydraulic system, such as: impact sound; Pump noise and abnormal sound; Determine whether the hydraulic system is working normally.

4) Touch the temperature rise, vibration, crawling and tightness of the joint to determine whether the working state of the moving parts is normal.

In short, the simple diagnosis method is only a simple qualitative analysis, which has a wide range of practicability for quick judgment and troubleshooting.




Second, the hydraulic system schematic analysis

According to the hydraulic system diagram, the fault of the hydraulic transmission system is analyzed, the fault location and reason are found out, and the method of troubleshooting is put forward. Hydraulic system diagram analysis method is the most common method used by engineers and technicians at present. It requires people to have a certain foundation of hydraulic knowledge, understand the hydraulic system diagram, master the name and function of the components represented by each graphic symbol, and have a certain understanding of the principle, structure and performance of the components. It is easy to analyze and judge the fault by combining the action cycle table. Therefore, carefully learning the basic knowledge of hydraulic hydraulic schematic is the most powerful assistant for fault diagnosis and elimination, and it is also the basis of other fault analysis. 3. Other analysis methods

When the hydraulic system fails, often can not immediately find out the fault location and root cause, in order to avoid blindness, people must carry out logical analysis according to the principle of the hydraulic system or use causal analysis and other methods to eliminate one by one, and finally find out the fault location, which is the method of logical analysis to find out the fault.
